What I Offer

Treatments

Three lineages of touch and presence — each with distinct strengths, all delivered with clinical care.

Sessions are tailored, not templated. We may use a single treatment from start to finish, or weave two or three together depending on what your body is asking for. Below is an overview of each tradition and the specialised protocols available within it.

Bare feet on moss with forget-me-nots — grounding through reflexology
Treatment 01

Therapeutic Reflexology

Therapeutic reflexology is a clinical, full-body treatment grounded in the principle that reflex maps on the feet, hands, face, and ears correspond to systems and structures throughout the body. Skilled, precise pressure on these reflex points stimulates circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, calms the nervous system, and invites the body's homeostatic mechanisms to engage.

Unlike a relaxation foot massage, therapeutic reflexology is informed by anatomy, physiology, and pathology. A session begins with a thorough health history and presenting concerns, and the treatment plan is shaped by what your body and life are asking for.

Often helpful for: chronic stress, sleep disturbance, digestive irregularity, hormonal shifts, headache, low-grade pain, post-illness recovery, and general nervous-system regulation.

Foot Reflexology

The foundation of the practice. Comprehensive reflex work on the feet to address whole-body concerns. A typical entry point for new clients.

Facial Reflexology

A gentle, deeply restorative protocol working reflex points on the face. Especially supportive for sinus congestion, jaw tension, headaches, anxiety, and emotional release. Many clients describe it as profoundly calming — and it leaves the skin glowing.

Menopause Reflexology

A specialised, evidence-informed protocol designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Targets reflex points associated with the endocrine system, the nervous system, and circulation, with the aim of softening common symptoms — hot flushes, sleep disturbance, mood shifts, and joint discomfort — and helping the body adapt to its new rhythm.

Vacuflex & Meridian Therapy

A clinically advanced approach that combines vacuum-suction boots and pads with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The boots gently stimulate every reflex on both feet at once; the pads are then placed along key meridians to support energetic flow. Particularly useful for chronic complaints, lymphatic stagnation, and conditions where deeper systemic support is needed.

Auricular (Ear) Therapy

The ear contains a complete somatotopic map of the body (meaning every organ and structure is mirrored at a specific point on the ear). Auricular therapy uses precise pressure (and, where indicated, ear seeds) on these points to address pain, addiction support, anxiety, sleep, and hormonal regulation. Often woven into other sessions for added clinical benefit.

Bowen therapy session
Treatment 02

Bowen Therapy

Bowen therapy is a gentle, fascia-led treatment developed by Tom Bowen in Australia. The work consists of a series of small, precise rolling moves over muscle, tendon, and fascia, interspersed with deliberate pauses — sometimes minutes long — that give the nervous system time to integrate the input.

What looks like very little is, in fact, doing a great deal. The pauses are the work. They invite the autonomic nervous system to shift gears, allowing the body to step out of bracing patterns and into recalibration. Many clients enter a deeply parasympathetic state during a session — the kind of rest that's rarely available elsewhere.

Often helpful for: musculoskeletal pain (back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees), frozen shoulder, sciatic-type pain, post-injury recovery, TMJ tension, respiratory complaints, and stress-related conditions.

Sessions are done fully clothed, and Bowen typically requires fewer treatments than other manual therapies — most clients begin to notice meaningful shifts within two to three sessions.

Reiki session
Treatment 03

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese practice of light touch (or hands hovering just above the body) that supports rest, emotional regulation, and the sense of being held. It does not diagnose or treat in a clinical sense — but it does offer a quiet, sustained invitation to the nervous system to soften and to the body to rest into its own intelligence.

I weave Reiki into reflexology and Bowen sessions when the body is asking for it, and I also offer it as a stand-alone session for clients navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or who simply need a deeply restful hour.

Often helpful for: emotional overwhelm, grief, anxiety, sleep difficulty, recovery from acute illness or treatment, end-of-life support, and as a gentle complement to ongoing medical care.

In Practice

What a session looks like.

01 · Before

New clients complete a confidential intake form online. We use it to shape your first session — no detail is too small.

02 · During

A first visit runs 90 minutes (about 30 of consultation, 60 of treatment). Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes. You stay clothed throughout for Bowen and Reiki; reflexology requires only bare feet.

03 · After

You'll receive simple aftercare guidance — hydration, rest, and any home reflex points to support integration. A short check-in follows each new client's first session.
